Terms of Service

Thank you for choosing CorpJurisPro for your enterprise legal needs. These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by CorpJurisPro, located at 16 Collyer Quay, #13-01 The Arcade, Singapore 049318.

1. Scope of Services

These Terms apply to all offerings of CorpJurisPro, including legal advisory, representation before tribunals, contract review, compliance assessments, and other related services for enterprises.

2. Definitions

"Service" refers to any legal work, including but not limited to consultation, representation, drafting, and review. "Info Product" refers to digital deliverables such as guides, templates, or online seminars. "Goods" refers to physical items supplied by CorpJurisPro.

3. Purchase of Services

By purchasing a Service, the client agrees to these Terms and to pay all applicable fees in advance of commencement. Services will commence upon receipt of full payment and confirmation from CorpJurisPro.

4. Purchase of Info Products

Digital products are delivered via download or secure access link. Delivery is deemed complete when access details are provided.

5. Purchase of Goods

Physical items are shipped to the address provided by the client. Risk and title pass to the client upon delivery.

6. Fees and Payment

All fees are exclusive of taxes and are expressed in Singapore Dollars. Invoices are due upon receipt. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and credit card.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

7.1 Legal Services for Enterprises

Clients may cancel a Service up to five (5) business days before the scheduled start date for a full refund. Cancellations made between three (3) and five (5) business days prior are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations less than three (3) business days before commencement or for Services already rendered. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within thirty (30) days of approved cancellation. Clients may request one rescheduling of a Service at no additional cost by giving at least three (3) business days’ notice.

7.2 Info Products

Clients may request a full refund for Info Products within fourteen (14) days of purchase, provided that no access or download has occurred. Once access is granted or a download is initiated, all sales are final and non-refundable. Approved refunds will be issued within fourteen (14) days of the request.

7.3 Goods

Clients must inspect Goods upon delivery and report any defects or errors within seven (7) days. Verified defective or incorrect items are eligible for replacement or full refund at CorpJurisPro’s discretion. Clients will receive instructions for returning Goods. Refunds or replacements are processed within thirty (30) days after receipt of returned items.

8. Rescheduling of Services

Services may be rescheduled once without penalty if CorpJurisPro receives at least three (3) business days’ notice. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

9. Non-Refundable Services

Certain offerings, including one-time seminars, custom document drafting, and bespoke training sessions, are non-refundable once materials have been delivered or sessions have commenced. This policy ensures the allocation of specialized resources and expert personnel.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials and content provided by CorpJurisPro remain the intellectual property of CorpJurisPro. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for their internal purposes. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CorpJurisPro shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the provision of Services, Info Products, or Goods.

12. Amendments

CorpJurisPro reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on corpjurispro.com and become effective upon posting.
